A professional ice hockey player based in Malmö, Sweden with over 800 games at the highest professional level across 16 seasons in three different countries. My playing career has given me deep knowledge of both the mental and technical aspects of the game, both individually and as part of a team. Having worked with over 50 different coaches, I have gained a broad understanding of various leadership styles and team cultures and how to deal with it.

Over the past five years I have worked with mental coach and mentor Andy Swärdh from the Boost Camp family – one of Sweden’s top coaches in sport and business. Together, we have focused on mental tools and strategies that have helped me overcome physical and mental challenges, sustain a long career at high level, and achieve personal and professional goals, both on and off the ice.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Sports Science at Halmstad University and I am a certified professional ICF coach through Britt Weide and Coach Mastery in Malmö. With my player career, my coaching diploma and my sport science degree I am ready to help you or your organization to take your game, or you in business to your wanted outcome and to the next level.
